Our Experience

Three individuals with very strong family values and an attitude of helping to make the world a better place founded Green Leaf. The Green Leaf family has an extensive background in childcare. Furthermore, their combined backgrounds include many years of experience in childcare management, early childhood education, construction, architectural design, and entrepreneurship. All of these skills have been utilized in the development of the Green Leaf Quality Learning Center franchise in order to create a childcare center that enhances children’s experiences.

Profiles of Our Founder/Owner

Angela Harcrow, President
Since January 2001, Angela Harcrow has been deeply involved in the childcare industry.  She has managed all aspects of the childcare business, including curriculum development, accounts receivable, accounts payable, staffing, as well as other managerial tasks.  She has created operations manuals for accounting software and performed training to many childcare center owners to use the software.  From January of 2004 to date, she has worked as the office manager for a construction company specializing in childcare centers.

A Green Leaf Quality Learning Center franchise comes with training and operations manuals to provide a solid foundation to build a community-based business.  New locations for franchises are available and Green Leaf will assist you throughout the life of your franchise agreement.  Green Leaf will provide assistance and/or advice with licensing, personnel, training, operations, marketing, curriculum support, and facilities.  We strive to meet the highest criteria, and our franchises do as well.  We excel in areas of health, safety, security, staffing, educational programs, activities and fun, and each site will go through rigorous inspections before and after construction to ensure that our quality extends to each franchise.

Furthermore, at Green Leaf we have customized our floor plans to simultaneously accommodate the needs for the children and reduce overhead.
